When your DialAid Personal Emergency Dialer is sent to you I will have personally recorded the message, (based on the information you have submitted) personally tested to make sure there are new batteries installed, (Change them every 6 months) and will have personally tested the console to make sure it functions properly. All you will have to do is: 1) unplug your telephone 2) plug the console in where the phone was plugged 3) plug your telephone into the console 4) plug the console into the AC outlet. That's it!
